Hsiao-Chu (Julia) Hsia is a freelance artist working in the New York City area. She received a Master’s degree in Community Arts at the Maryland Institute College of Art. She focuses on relational art and the psychology of art/ psychological art. As an artist, activist, and educator, Julia connects with people through art-making. She tends to utilize body language and interactions in her performances in order to invite the audiences to not only think but to have a conversation about the messages she gives out.
