Nothing is Missing

by Keara Saunders

Nothing Is Missing is a series of fabric cyanotypes that I began creating earlier this year during the first few months of social isolation. This work focuses on sexual trauma I experienced as a teenager that I began to reflect on when temporarily moved back to my hometown in the wake of the pandemic. In turn, this work evolved into a reclaiming/ongoing commentary on my femininity, sexuality, and desire.
